STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

General Terms
The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if those were drawn up after these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Any deviation from these terms must be expressly agreed to in advance and in writing by ST INTERNATIONAL.

  1. Payment Terms
    • All invoices are payable within 21 working days, unless another payment term is stated on the invoice or purchase order.
    • In case of delayed payment, ST INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to charge a 10% fixed interest on the outstanding amount.
    • Services or deliveries may be suspended without prior notice in case of late payment.
  2. Non-Payment and Recovery
    If payment remains outstanding after sixty (60) days from the due date, ST INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to engage a debt recovery agency. All legal and recovery expenses will be charged to the client.
  3. Withholding and Tax Deductions
    If the client’s country applies withholding tax or deductions, these shall be borne by the client. The invoice amount must be paid to ST INTERNATIONAL in full, without any deductions related to local taxation or fees.
  4. Performance of Services
    ST INTERNATIONAL commits to providing high-quality products and services within agreed timelines. However, all obligations are considered best-effort commitments and not obligations of guaranteed result.
    ST INTERNATIONAL shall not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential damages or be made a third party in disputes between the client and end consumers.
  5. Claims and Returns
    Any claim regarding goods or services must be submitted in writing to the registered office of ST INTERNATIONAL within 8 days of delivery or service completion. Claims submitted after this period will not be entertained.
  6. Warranty Policy
    a. Juicer Machines
    • Warranty: 5 Years (Full Warranty)
    • Covers manufacturing defects and motor performance issues under normal domestic use.
    • Physical damage or misuse is not covered under warranty.
    b. Washing Machines
    • Total Warranty: 10 Years (2 + 8 Years)
      • First 2 Years: Free motor replacement for manufacturing defects.
      • Next 8 Years: 50% discount on motor replacement charges based on the official price list at the time of claim.
    • Warranty applies only to the motor. Other parts or damage due to misuse, voltage fluctuation, or improper installation are not covered.
  7. Jurisdiction
    All contractual relations shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Multan, Pakistan.
